Our Signature Products
Elevating Performance with our Cutting-Edge Solutions
HT fuses
Premium offerings
HT fuses ensure reliable operation even under high fault currents.
Rapid fault detection and interruption enhance system safety.
Robust design ensures longevity and performance in demanding environments.
PT (Potential Transformer) fuses
Premium offerings
PT fuse protects Potential transformer. PT Fuse (Potential Transformer) is a medium voltage, current limiting fuse with a high interrupting capacity.
The PT fuse is used to protect the primary windings of a potential transformer or control power transformers (CPT).
A PT fuse is a small dimension ferrule type fuse that mounts in standard clips and also bolted type. Blown fuse indication is available on some PT fuses.
Potential Transformer fuse voltage ratings range from 3.3 kV to 36 kV. Potential Transformer fuse current ratings range from 0.05 to 6 amps. Interrupting ratings range from 40 to 63 kA.
Motor Protection Fuses
Premium offerings
Fuses are capable of withstanding high starting current of Motors and avoid unnecessary interruptions of circuits.
Streamlined and space-saving, these fuses optimize motor control panel layouts.
Swift and responsive, ensuring prompt disconnection in case of motor overloads.
Capacitor Protection Fuses
Premium offerings
Our capacitor Protection fuse is a critical component used in medium voltage applications to protect capacitor banks from overcurrent conditions and faults.
Capacitors are commonly employed in medium voltage power systems for power factor correction, voltage regulation, and reactive power compensation. However, they can be vulnerable to short circuits, overloads, and other electrical faults.
Capacitor Protection fuse serves as a safety measure to isolate faulty capacitors from the system and prevent damage to surrounding equipment.
Purpose of Capacitor Protection Fuse
Overcurrent Protection: Fault Isolation: Fire Prevention:
Our Capacitor protection fuses are designed to operate within specific voltage ranges typical of medium voltage applications, such as 2.4 kV, 4.16 kV, or 13.8 kV.
The fuse’s current rating is the maximum current it can safely interrupt without causing damage or failure.
Current rating will be selected based on the expected operating current of the capacitor bank and the configuration.
Each manufacturer will have own method of calculation. We therefore suggest to provide the Configuration of the Capacitor Bank and our Technical team will suggest the suitable rating to avoid nuisance tripping and other unwanted interruptions.
Transformer Protection Fuses
Premium offerings
Our transformer protection fuses are Back up fuses taking care of Short Circuit protection .
Current Rating of our fuses are designed to take care of inrush current of transformer.
Main purpose of providing our fuses in Transformer primary side is to take care of Fault Isolation: In the event of a fault within the transformer or its associated circuitry, the fuse isolates the faulty section of the system by interrupting the current flow.
This helps contain the fault and prevents it from propagating to other parts of the network, minimizing downtime and reducing the risk of widespread outages.
Our design of Transformer protection fuses will take care of fire Prevention
